Nobody listens to my songs but I'll still keep on making music :P
Thanks for the nice comment, it feels good to read that I sometimes make good choices. You can't understand the lyrics, but it's about the pain and anger you feel after a friend's death, and how evacuating them through music can help "taking the pain away". So I felt like trying to really keep the anger from the original version and express it through a simple but rough piano rythm.
Wow this explanation was much longer than expected, I hope you didn't fall asleep reading...

The first lines go :
My friend has gone
Gone forever
But I am alive
Play your drum hard
Make this body move
Give it some happiness
May I still be dancing tommorow
May my fear go away
I guess you can understand the meaning of the whole song with this. It was also deeply inspired by Negro Spirituals, and I hope this influence shows in my cover. At least I tried to.
