It's a multiply layer with a fairly bold (desaturated) color at 30% opacity. It's not going to be a hugely dramatic change, nor should it be. I wanted to show how shading color can effect the mood of an image, even if it is subtle, and also it was a personal experiment for me because I often struggle with shading color choice.
