Wrote done some notes and sketches for the Blood Cult story.

Notes:
- Main note is how the 'Cultist' were originally a Free Energy project using bio energy to power implants and handheld devices, the research sadly was used for far more nefarious purposes...
-Synthetic Muscles, no clue how to draw that but they vary in quality and effectiveness. Main use is to reduce fatigue in the user's muscular system.
-Armour is hard to draw need to improve...
