A6 watercolour paper postcard illustrations. Unlike my other painted commissions these will be sketched directly onto the paper, then painted. So no digital adjustments or wip’s for these.
For that reason, do not get these if you are expecting something perfect or are particular with your character design. It also might be better to stick with what I can do best, animals, creatures, semi anthro and anthro.
These will also be artistic license commissions. I’ll choose a pose that fits the character, medium and size restrictions. Although, you can tell me what kind of mood you would like. So something like, “happy and peaceful,” “angry and forceful,” “excited and energetic,” etc. and I’ll try to work that into the illustration.

Backgrounds - Please note that the backgrounds won’t be as complex in the harpy postercolour example! But depending on how much space is left I may include some simple background detail and colours to place the character more.

You can choose between stylized or my usual semi realistic style. But if you go for semi realistic It might only be a half body painting. If it’s a character like a little garden bird or a mouse I’ll be able to fit them in. But if it has humanoid proportions it’ll just be half body. Because these are flat and small, tracked postage will be free for the uk. +£3 for countries in the EU and +£6 for the USA and elsewhere.
Packed with protective cardboard and a plastic sleeve to keep it safe and dry!

Character info – Just a few notes on their personality, what they do and whatever else may be relevant for the artwork. Too little or too much info might make it difficult to get a grasp of your character.

Character refs – Please link or attach your references. If you don’t have any refs please include a description with photos and/or inspiration images. Please note, its in my tos not to copy or heavily reference someone else’s style or character design. These are just to give me an idea of the kind of look you want. (If you are looking for a final, finished design these aren’t the best commissions for it! But they’ll be fine if you just want to explore some ideas.)
