This past week I've been trying to finish a doodle while working in between commissions to keep them art juices flowing.
A month early, but then again Halloween stuff tends to go on sale around this time. So....EARLY SPOOKY TIME
I took what I learned about skeletons and applied it to this weird...spooky space boi.

Going to be a while though ._.
This is the one I'm looking at though. Not terriiiibly expensive, and not a hyper-cutting edge one but still really good.
Also will be the first time I've had a Desktop in like, eight years xD Mostly been using laptops!

That's not bad, I like it. Are you using it for art, or gaming or both?
I got my desktop custom built from scratch, but the person who helped me with all that moved with one of my best friends out to Seattle....but now they're not on speaking terms atm, so....I'm on my own lol xD

Planning on gaming mostly; Photoshop I can still use just fine on my current laptop (Also a Predator. Predator Helios 300!) but Cinema 4D and zBrush could probably benefit from the extra power. Not like I'm really using 3D much anymore, I'm too stupid to learn it on my own + I'm already horribly behind in software ;v; So I can't really follow along with most tutorials/courses.
There's always Blender I guess, but I'm so fond of how user-friendly C4D is and the point about me being too stupid still applies x'D
So yeah mostly gaming; but - and this is a helluva big BUT - there's a chance I might get back to working with zBrush again so.... Who knows!

I know computers you can really squeeze the best out of them if you have the know-how, but I don't have the know-how hence my getting a prebuilt one haha... xD My dad used to work with computers a lot though, even tried to teach me how to take out and replace a harddrive when I was what, three or four years old? Man if I had his smarts~

Nice! I'm thinking of having a similar build for gaming, but also good enough to run art programs. Im eyein Zbrush...one day...one day I'll have it xD
omg I have an associate's degree in computer animation and I haven't done anything since 2009....with Lightwave xD At least it looks good on my resume lol
Ah And Sculptris, I believe. I used it once a while back and it wasnt too bad. I ended up uninstalling it when troubleshooting and just never got around to reinstalling it xD
Yeah I spent about $680 for all of my parts and got it built for free, and it's run like a beast for a good number of years. I just want to upgrade everything and get a new shell and all...so that'll be over $1000 most likely xD
