This is the land of Medano, from my comic The Adventures of SkyHorn Island.
By the way, the concept of Medano is a furry world without speciesism, where all the species live together in harmony, more or less. There is still a lot of interpersonal conflicts, like the hubbies on the foreground bickering over the pricing model of their timber business, but I firmly believe that we can create compelling fantasy without using war and racism tropes (and then stepping one shit after the other.)
The land of Medano was founded by the father of the current king Sanmarco, 400 years ago, after the war between the primates (gorillas, humans, and orcs) and the "tails", all the other species. The winners were the tails, and after the death of his father, Sanmarco worked hard to eradicate speciesism, making possible mixed marriages, and making the rather hot and dry land (that's why they all dress so skimpily) cultivable.
Yeah, 400 years ago. The king is immortal. I will explain it in the story.
And yeah again, only males. This's an omegaverse. Minus the alpha-omega dynamic. Every guy is functionally hermaphrodite. Being a seeder or a carrier is exclusively a matter of choice, and two partners can choose to switch the role during their marital life.

I really like this interesting world that you build and I like that you put Asgore from Undertale in the crowd. So does that mean that the world of Skyhorn Island is an alternative universe of Undertale where the monsters was never force underground? I now thinking about it the idea would make a great adult comic series. A young man on a hiking trip wind up in a underground world full male bara monsters with goofy personality and energy/magic that is powered by sex.
Since Beastfolk tend to be covered in fur, scales, chitin, or feathers clothes tend to be more revealing compared to that of the human races (human, elves, orc, dwarves, ect). This is cause Beastfolk don't need to much in protecting from the elements or heat retention, but just enough for modesty.
