The title is based on this girl's name, 'Tool'.

She was a kind of character I made on a petsite I joined awhile back, but never did anything with her other than create her design and colour in a few pictures. She's a sort of spirit that restlessly roams around trying to familiarize herself with the world's constantly changing surroundings. She can materialize but her long flowing tail always fades into nothingness.

..I'm just suprised I pulled this off, considering i've never drawn anything monkeylike in my life. It probably shows, though. xD
