Despite having never played a Final Fantasy game in my life, I felt compelled to draw this piece of fan art, based on my fascination with the concept of blitzball from Final Fantasy X. A sport that's played entirely underwater, and you keep your regular clothes on too? That'd get me out of the house for sure!

So I did some research on the game (and the game that it's a part of) and I searched some other blitzball-related works on DA, and I came up with the idea of Tidus training a newcomer to the sport - Sora from Kingdom Hearts (since KH is the only Final Fantasy-related game I have played). And much to Tidus' surprise, the kid turns out to be a natural. He may have spent most of his time underwater with a fish tail, but that doesn't mean his legs aren't worth anything!
