As you can see, I changed some things about the picture (the most obvious of which is that she's no longer standing there clutching her stomach, but gesturing to the poor, hapless criminal about to go through some things).
So, as I said, I redesigned the torment clown from years ago:

Obviously, she's less humanoid in this form.
That gap between the pavilion cover and the floor gave me a really difficult time, and I am still not satisfied with it, because her hand sort of disappears into the background. However, I wasn't sure what to do. I had considered making the tent walls extend to the ground, but that would have been too much yellow for the picture. I suppose a possibility could have been to use a red curtain...
Anyway, it is what it is.
God knows how long I spent on this. It is probably the longest I have ever worked on a picture. The dress, alone, took up like half the time. I'd say I spent at least 40 hours, if not more.

I love the shading and her mischievous expression! She pops off the screen! It's really cool how much you can understand this character just from her visual design and expression alone.
Also, can I say that I'm jealous of how well you draw clothes? I have a lot to work on in that department. Lol

Awesome! Thanks!
Yeah, well, what can I say? I guess I watched too much Card Captor Sakura.
If you want to learn to draw clothes better, definitely look into how famous Shoujo Anime/Manga artists do them. Shoujo is filled with poofy, flowy, or billowy clothing (and not so poofy, or flowy), and for some reason, in contrast with western artists, they are quite virtuosic with the folds, whereas western artists tend to cheat more with clothing (for example, they portray ruffles as flat u-shapes, which always annoys me, these days). Anyway, I learned some of my tricks through studying how they do things.
