I've also completed most of the commissions and am planning to open several slots on the waiting list due to many requests. I'll probably do it on September 15th. Probably will be about 5 slots. I'm still thinking about how to choose them, "first come - first served" or just choose a few nice ideas. let me know which option you like more.

For the commissions, honestly I think you should go for the ideas that you would like to do. First come first Served just often leads to people sniping slots the moment they open up. Do whichever you prefer, but that's just my input.

I also agree with this, for large artists its just better for both them and commissioners. Commissioners can take longer to fully decide what they want instead of feeling that 'buy it now pressure' and for the artist rarely will they work on something they really don't want to be.
