Probably one of my most involved spider pieces yet.

"Brazilian Jewels" - 11x14 inch colored pencil drawing done with Derwent Luminence and Prismacolor pencils and a tiny bit of brush and pencil white fixative.
Typhochlaena seladonia and Typhochlaena curumim Tarantulas. Both are a trap door species. The true flowers of the rain forest.
