I based this Fakemon on those lucky cat statues (Maneki-neko). Nekoma is the Harvest Moon Pokemon and is only ever seen during times of hardship. Farmers often lay a tribute of their best fruit and other foods in hopes that Nekoma will grant a bountiful harvest next year.
