since it gets summoned it's fire destruction effect activates. destroying all monsters. including itself.
the better way to do the effect. if I am thinking you were going with it this way would be this "when this card is synchro summoned: destroy all other monsters on the field, then deal 500 damage to your opponent for each monster with 2000 def that was send to the graveyard by this effect or is face up on the field"
