Copic markers, yes. It's been over five years since I last used my old Tria marker collection, and 15 since I stopped using my Prismacolor markers so I honestly don't know anymore what the blending capacity is for those. Still, whatever blending capability they have it's not going to be as easy to do as the Copic brand of markers which have a different ink makeup precisely intended to maximize blending possibilities.
If you'd like to give it a go though, the way I did it was to select a group of colors that would naturally flow together (green > yellow green > yellow > pale yellow), then laid out the first color and began layering the next color overtop while the first layer was still wet, and continued onwards. Mixing while wet is where Copic markers really blend well, but making sure the individual colors overlap significantly helps the process a lot; ie: the yellow color blend starts all the way down in the green area and not just the yellow-green color section. The continuity of colors in this manner gives them a presence throughout that helps make the blend more seamless.
