It is from the game Saber Wulf from 2004 GBA (the game was made by the creators of Donkey Kong Country, I really like that game), the flowers are the most difficult to obtain, only with them you get a special ending as I remember, they invite you to a wedding where the groom is wearing a cow costume... Or cow fursuit?
