It has whittle between its eyes which shine upwards, white ears tips, paws and tail tip. It also has a white under belly and white spots. It front of the children 4 blocks are lines up next to eachother touching making the word "BABY" with the letters on them. They alternate between baby blue with baby pink letters and baby pink with baby blue letters. In from of that lays a blue pacifier, and nearby to the viewers right in front of annie lays a purple rattle with a blue and purple stripey design. The babies sit on a blue matt around them alternate blue and green matts.
