I'm trying to guess what the parts are. Torso, I don't recognise, tail Dire Wolf with greenstuff, legs Crisis suit with hips? Feet dragon or Cold One, not sure on the kind of wire though either.

tail is a space wolf, wolf tail pelt + greenstuff. thighs are fire warrior. torso + chest are dark eldar and feet are kroot.

at the moment, it stands no taller than a standard space marine.

The new Empire Outriders. Very painfull because if you read the new Warhammer fantasy 7th Edition rulebook, rapid firing weapons no longer invoke a -1 to hit. So these guys have 3xnumber of repeater hangun shots at BS4 and have a 360 degree arc of fire, are fast cavalry AND one can have a grenade launching blunderbus which is a single hit at Str 6 Armour piercing
