No, she's just too fat to reach da book. Kerri is still a cute as heck otter though!
She really likes doing things like reading, watchin' tv, playing certain video games and she does read Manga. She just did all those lazy-like activities and just kept gaining and gaining over time. She's used to her fatness, but that doesn't change the fact that she's still enormously big and heavy, even though she's not that big (just look at how big that average size book is compared to her).
I'm not really super into glasses, but those look really cute on her though! X3

I should have bought her the book entitled. 'cooking while immobile' or 'how to get someone to cook for you whenever you want'.
There was also one entitled 'cooking over a volcano' but I wouldn't want her to fall in, now would I? :p
But yeah, I guess a book entitled as generically as that would need to have some good recipes to even get published at all.

She was reading from the side because (like you sorta said) she can't move her arms to her front. But her fingers are starting to get pretty fatty as well, so it's harder for her to keep hold of the book. I'm sure there are plenty of individuals around here that would just hold it for her though. Y'know, if she got fat to the point that she couldn't hold the book in her fatty hands anymore.
finally... Someone actually picks up the book for her.
