I love the solitary feeling of this image, the immense vastness of the ocean clashing with the jagged and mysterious structures of rock and sand, and among it all is a single humanoid figure observing it all.

Have you played Death Stranding BTW? The game in many places give you that same sense of vastness and loneliness as this image does, as it also features the song you link, or perhaps it was a probable partial inspiration for this?

death stranding is absolutely an influence, as I just beat it a few days ago after 100 hours. I was experimenting with the idea of concepts of distinct, personal beaches, but I went with a more "vanilla" version of it since it went the smoothest.
