Just putting out a series of photos I took today, on the farm I live on. This is my front yard. . . er, well. . . part of it. More to come soon!

Oh, and incidentally. . . this isn't in the midwest. I don't live in Colorado, or Montana, or any of those states people associate with beautiful mountains and greenery. This is NEW YORK. I live in Orange County, which is right in the Hudson River Valley, and really close to the Appalachian trail. In fact, you can drive to one leg of it from my house. . . takes about half an hour.

So yeah. . . New York can be beautiful, too ;)
