OH MAN
This came out pretty good for how fast i did it, but im still having trouble coloring and shading, and need some help with that.
But either eay i like it, the colors fit him and such
As always comments are appreciated.

I'm not sure how I could show you, but I can try to explain it.
Vector tools is essentially any line drawing feature in an art program. It often looks like a pen. How it works is that you click one area and then find the end of where you want your line, then click again. It will create a sort of ghost line. You can bend and pitch this line around however you want too and along this ghost line, drop new pen points. Pen points are the points on a vector that the user can control and move about. More often than not, you'll find in art programs the white arrow tool. That allows you to move a point around independently. The black arrow tool (default selected tool) allows you to manipulate the pen point to twist and contort the line about.
You can also connect these pen points by making a figure out of all of them and connecting it back to the first one you placed. From there, you can usually right click and find a stroke command to make the ghost lines solid. You can also fill these with some programs to make it a filled object.
What I personally do when I'm shading is design where the shading goes and fill all my vectors with a solid black when I've plotted them all. I then flatten all the vectors into a bitmap to make it one solid image. Finally, I reduce this layer's transparency to 33% visibility. This gives the effect that it looks like shading on the real image beneath it. It takes a good bit of practice to figure it out and use it. I'm not even sure honestly if openCanvas has a vector plotting tool. You may have to use other programs that feature this function if you want to use vector shading.
