Nothing new here. This is basically just a variation of the anthro charactersheet that rhos made for me a couple years back.

I thought about getting a wingless version of him for some time, just because it's more practical for an anthro dragon and I was really curious how it would look; I mean now he can fit through doors! That means that basically no place is safe.
Rhos edited the charactersheet, which is now way more compact, without all the extra wing space. I have to admit I really like how he looks without his wings. Of course the winged version is still a thing.
It really depends on the scenario. Though I guess in the majority of cases I'll have him drawn without his wings. Maybe even have an artist design some fancy wardrobe for him.
