This is a whole new style I'd never tried before... but the sketch I did just... flowed to this. It's amazing how this stuff falls together so neatly sometimes...

I'm going to have to credit Darrius with this. I could never draw Cyrus in this kind of a light. It has a whole mood, a whole mindset all its own.

It's so dark... ^^ this is Trueblack, what Shaylians call 'night', when the eternal storm blacks out all light except for that which you bring with youon your own. and of course lightning... This is probably the quintessential Shadow Haven picture, moreso than any kind of essential Darrius picture.

And of course... sypriss is with him. If the RP works out, she, having been his guardian and teacher for years, will be his mate. At least, that's Darrius' plan. Any number of horrible things COULD go wrong. and maybe will.
