                    Good to see him a bit "happier".
Had to lower the size this time, because the 10 MB limit.
Again the paw credit goes to Footpaws, especially for his foot collection.

                    0///0 This is so lovely~ First the teasing acting as the calm before the storm and now the storm barreling thru, sending out its feathery rage. I adore this old raccoon's reactions, its adorable~ I hope the lizard/scaly is relishing every second that this geezer is being tormented. I adore how much his hands are thrashing about wildly, unable for the elder to control himself as he is in laugh spasms. I'm sure as the devious tickler finally started edging the feather closer, this cute geezer started begging, giggling, trying to shift his feet away as he begged this lunatic to stop. Of course, all on deaf ears as the lizard felt he needed to make his extended guest "happier" as you said. Its adorable how he has spouts of tears bursting from his eyes every few frames as well, and the beads of it on the corners of his eyes. I'd be all too happy to watch every second of his tickle torment. Helpless, trapped, forced to laugh uncontrollably for as long as the scalie one desires, which could be hours upon hours~ His paws are so cute to watch squirm. You even added small toe shifts, as at least two of them on the ends curl up when the feather starts attacking a foot with its graceful swipes. You can tell this mysterious tickler has had quite the practice. Even the raccoon's fur waves around wildly on the sides of his face as he jostles and shakes his head against his restraints. Bet he wants to pull at them so bad, but gave up quite a few days..or weeks...or months ago. Heck, I appreciate Clair, that you added an extra line in the digit number. Means he's been here one more...in this case I would guess day. I'm sure too that there shall be many more to come. All the folds that form on his feet as they wildly spasm and toes wiggle is lovely to look at. I hope he's continuously tickled by this reptile for many more days to come.
Also, the hand. I'm no computer whizz, but did you happen to digitally present your hand (or a 3d model) and integrate it into the picture? I admit that its movements are lifelike and its definitely more ....pronounced in its presentation. Plus I see a bit of a graininess to it. (also, like the small scales you added to the hand as well) I think this looks grand, and adds a neat general flow to the movement in the picture throughout. As well as the subtle strokes of that lone feather driving this cute geezer mad. Just look at that mustache whisk around~
Hope I didn't talk too much again, but this is so lovely! 0///0 I hope this reptile tickles him extensively and strokes that feather between his toes. Gets some animals or himself to lick at his toes, or inbetween, tease his ears too. X//3 Go from behind and feel up his tender pits and belly and sides. ....I really like this raccoon is all. Anyway, let me shush myself. Thanks for sharing this wonderful animation Clair!

                    Really appreciated to read your comment. It's so nice to hear that someone notices and likes the things that were also important for me, like the waving fur on his head, the movement changes of a tickled and not tickled paw (that really was a pain to arrange) and of course the moustache (indescribable how important the moustache is).
With the hand you are right (this time ;)) I rotoscoped my owen hand because a slow motion and little dimensional warp like this would look terrible drawn freely, at least when I did it. (The hands in the McGruff animation were not rotoscoped btw.)
I dont't know a reason why he should be done already. Also like the idea of tickling his upper body. But I think the tickler would change to some restraints that lift his arms up und provide better access to his sides and pits. That way the tickling and his reaction can be seen at the same time.
Ok now I talk too much.

                    Nonsense, you don't talk too much. I appreciate you went in depth in your response back. (heck, I;m flattered you responded back at all.) Rotoscoped! Wow, your expertise in computers is really good since you can even rotoscope to incorporate it within your animation itself. I certainly say it helps with the general flow of the tickle swaying. :3 I find that your cute raccoon geezer deserves all the outlandish amounts of tickling he can get. I'm glad the tickler is keeping him around. X//3 I find that his general fur and moustache movement enhance the vision of 'full body movement' as he's tickled. Every ounce of him that should bounce as he thrashes, simply does~ Part of me really wants to play with him myself if that isn't strange. -///- Yes, many many more days or weeks of this must continue for this elder. Soon the tickler will have to get another cheap sticker to slap on the front of the stock and mark it up again. And I bet its so dark and desolate within this area that the raccoon has lost his sense of time from awhile back. And this is just on his...gorgeous looking paws. 0///0 The squirming, the toe scrunching, its so heavenly~
Point taken about setting him in some different restraints. Perhaps something that will moreso lift his arms as tight as possible, even if it makes him uncomfortable, so the tickler can feel up and drag those devious fingers into his hairy armpits while they are taut to the fullest and helpless. Pinch and knead into his sides, and relish in the elder's delectable laughter till he perhaps falls into silent laughter at a point, tears trickling down his face. Gotta ticklebuse him as much as possible. ....honest to goodness I really love how you give attention to the elderly, they are such an underappreciated target of tickling. We have to respect our elders, ...including in kinks. >:3 You certainly make them unbearably adorable to want to tickle like crazy. Especially this moustache swinging elder here~ I hope I'm not being weird liking him so much. ^^;
(Oh my, the hands in the McGruff animation weren't rotoscoped? That is some dedication then, to litearally make hands that move so smoothly and those spidering fingers that scampered all over his poor soles. I'm sure that took a lot of dedication. Your skills continue to amaze me.)

                    This was worth the wait. I love how you get his paws to crease up and his toes curl as the feather touches. You've got his reaction so nicely the helpless grip motion from his hands and the figure of 8 motion of his head. Least he has tears of joy now rather than a worried expression. I want to have go next and make that adorable face smile more!!!!!!😍😍😍😍

                    Amazing.
While I can see the influences, you still deserve FULL credit for this wonderful labour of love. You have also achieved the best things about tickle animations that are so often missing from other peoples attempts!
Fast, frantic reactions and in a traditional frame by frame style that fits right in with an old classic cartoon.
Naturally I think this is a classic too and should be admired for years to come.
