Ever watch a movie called 'Enemy Mine'?
The feathered tendrils coming off this things head reminded me of a very nasty tentacle monster from that movie which used to scare the bejeebus out of me as a kid. Spooky.

yep. my dragon has a gold wingclip on her right wing. anything with wings that i draw as myself now has one :)

I like the body proportions for your gryphon-esque creation here. Far too many artists tend to favor those wisp-thin body types.
