It was already late at night in the Mainland of Grass a long time ago since Samurott called Nero the Jolteon and there was all that swaying in the mood, Cody the Charmeleon discovered more of his best friend's hidden past and that left him a beast and Luke the Croconaw discovered that his younger brother was fighting in the Argules revolt which left him very sad and anguished entering the forest to be alone. Mei Servine was getting very worried about Luke who had not returned yet she has reached her limit of waiting almost leaving to look for him, but:

NERO: No need to worry Mei, those two are fine soon they return.

Servine was still bothered only that she knew the nature of Jolteon and it was very late the day was full rest was necessary, so she did what her partner asked and just ignored his concern and went to sleep. Meanwhile in the middle of the woods, Cody had laid under Luke's chest and exchanged affection after the first relationship between them:

LUKE: I.... I still can't believe I did that.... And soon with you.... Since when do you feel this way about me?

The Charmeleon caressing Croconaw's soft belly answers calmly:

CODY: Since the day I met you in that flower field, you haven't been out of my head and I've never felt anything like this for anyone else, I've had other dates and it's not the first time I've had sex with a Pokémon, but.... I don't know... Now it feels more than just sex, I feel like I've made "love" to you... I always wanted to have you...

Luke then lovingly hugs Cody's head and says a little bit like he wants to cry:

LUKE: I feel bad, you felt that way about me all this time and I never noticed it and I never even gave you a chance... How can I master this power and name you Pk Love if I don't even know when someone loves me... I feel so incapable.

Cody then gets up and looks into Luke's eyes and gives him a simple kiss, they both stay in silence for a while just listening to the leaves swaying and feeling the cold and relaxing wind of the forest. Charmeleon then releases Croconaw from his kiss:

CODY: Don't talk like that, I spent all these years without being able to tell you how I felt, I tried to forget you I tried to breathe new airs, but I always wanted to come back to you... I always wanted to have this moment with you, damn what happened is only now caring for me.

Luke turns red and says shyly:

LUKE: That was my first time... Did you know? I felt a little pain, you were very violent... But... I liked it... I felt safe and loved.... Thank you for loving me.... I will do my best to repay you, I promise... No.... I love you...

Luke gave a sweet smile and licked Cody's tears right after they kissed affectionately, the two of them enjoyed their first meeting to the fullest and as they stayed later they ended up sleeping together in the woods. In the morning Croconaw woke up very early and Charmeleon also saying that they should return to the base since Nero and Mei might be worried, already at the base Jolteon and Servine were getting updates on things in Argules, Luke was worried and asked:

LUKE: Another call? Did anything serious happen yesterday?

Mei and Nero smiled and both left the front of the Orb showing Luke who was on the other side:

SAREN: Luke...? LUKE!

Tears were inevitable for Croconaw who finally after all that time could see his little brother again, Luke ran fast to the Orb and started to talk emotionally crying with his head down:

LUKE: SAREEEEEN!!! I FEEL YOUR FALSE...*sniiiif*.... *hiccup*.... I...*hiccup*... I............. I'm sorry, I promised I would take you with me.... But.......... I couldn't, I was weak and I left you behind... DISCOVER... BY FA....

SAREN: SHUT UP AT ONCE!

The Larvitar had screamed loudly, making Luke raise his head, seeing his brother crying:

SAREN: Have you gone crazy? *nif* it wasn't your fault*. You tried to hold me, I wanted to let you go *snif* I don't regret even one day of my decision... Look at you, you're big strong and powerful you're going far Luke!

Croconaw stopped crying and smiled happy with what his brother said, it was as if they took a big weight off his back and that relieved him. However he noticed that his brother was half hurt and couldn't stop asking:

LUKE: Saren, what are these injuries? Look, I know you're fighting alongside everyone and Cody made me realize that this is a good thing for you to grow up, know that I'll get back to Argules as soon as possible and help everyone from there!

That's when Luke heard the scream of a Pokémon from far away:

FLAMIE: DON'T GIVE ME ANY BULLSHIT WHAT A MISERABLE CROCONAW IS CAPABLE OF DOING, JUST BECAUSE HE DEFEATED SOME HENCHMAN HE THINKS HE CAN SAVE US, WHAT PREPOTENCY KNOWS AT LEAST WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE?!

It was Flamie the Quilava a former resident of the underground Argules who recently lost his home thanks to the Hellstalkers who created a second town down there, Quilava was pushing Saren to be able to talk directly to Croconaw and the flames of Pokémon burned intensely:

FLAMIE: I'VE LOST MY HOME, I'VE LOST MY BEST FRIEND AND I WAS FORCED TO WORK AGAINST MY WILL TO BUILD THIS FORTRESS THAT THEY ARE CALLING NEO ARGULES!

Luke opened his eyes well when he heard Flamie's words and couldn't help but ask:

Croconaw felt even worse about it and had sawed off his fists in such anger because he felt useless in that situation and knew nothing about it, so he turned to Mei and Nero with a disappointing face and asked:

LUKE: Why... why did you keep it from me?

Nero would explain only that seeing Quilava in the orb something inside him made him keep quiet, luckily Servine is justified shocked:

MEI: We didn't know anything either, and what we knew we told you, hey, hot stuff, what's going on there?

Deerling was talking with her head down in respect to her superior and after putting Flamie on her shore with Saren's help she withdraws with him, that's when Luke can see his friend Houndoom with one of his eyes blinded and one of his horns torn out. Croconaw was in shock seeing as his master and Pokémon that he had so much haste as his father in that state, Trevor for being very perceptive said in a calm tone:

TREVOR: Don't be frightened Luke, the worst is over... At least with me and that thanks to this little pest here, who would say I owed him my life.

With Flamie away Nero recovered and then approached worried about what had been said earlier:

NERO: I'm glad to know that you're ok, but I thought you were with Queen Lencia and what is this talk of Neo Argules?

The Houndoom lowers his head and takes a deep breath, Saren is visibly annoyed as if something was bothering him, it doesn't take long for one of them to break the silence:

TREVOR: Lencia and I were discovered by a certain Cezar, a Flareon who delivered our base to Krauser who captured us, I was tortured to deliver my other allies like Ashley who helped me giving information about Krauser and Rex's ship which is still helping to leave the Hellstalkers more "contained" so to speak... But I was still lucky.... Your Majesty on the other hand was not so lucky anymore....

Cody who until then listened attentively to everything gave a loud scream:

CODY: WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO MY MOTHER, SPEAK TREVOR!

Looking down Ashley Charmander approached with a heavy gaze as if she had cried long before and with a heavy voice answered her brother:

He then looks at Croconaw a Servine and Jolteon stretching his claw signaling Luke to hold it, the aquatic Pokémon turned red and a little shy yet held Charmeleon's claw smiling looking into his eyes.

Ashley no longer cried and instead of a heavy look she finally smiled after those years her brother finally got what she so idealized; that made her realize that it was not time to give up and that she still had to fight for her brother to have a happy world with her love so she would have next to hers, and so she held Saren's paw something she hadn't done since the invasion started.

CODY: WE ARE STILL IN THE FIGHT, WE ARE STILL A TEAM, WE ARE STILL THE GLORY GUILD, LET'S RAISE OUR HEADS AND FIGHT FOR WHAT IS OURS, WE MAY NO LONGER HAVE THE KING AND THE QUEEN, BUT THE PRINCE AND THE PRINCESS ARE STILL STANDING AND EVEN IF WE GET LOST WE HAVE YOU TREVOR, AND EVEN WITHOUT US THERE ARE STILL THE CITIZENS WHO WILL CONTINUE FORWARD. LET'S FIGHT AND FIGHT TO BUILD A NEW FUTURE!

Cody screamed loud and confidently with an intense flame that didn't burn for hate but for his determination, everyone who was in that room talking and even those who were outside listening to the conversation felt inspired to move forward and forward. Luke with a big smile gives a wink and says:

LUKE: It is an order that I will be happy to obey master, Saren take care, I will come back to help you as soon as I can I want you to stay strong, I love you.

Larvitar smiled and raised his hand and Ashley's:

SAREN: Don't worry brother, Ashley and I will keep on working hard and see if it doesn't take long, because if you fool we will solve everything without you hehehe.

Mei gave a relieved smile and tried not to cry seeing all her friends confident and happy, she created much more empathy for others when she got out of control of Dark Matter and intended to continue fighting and supporting her dear friends.

Finally after a warm farewell the transmission is closed and Luke's team could finally proceed to Beelzeby's base behind Frost, at Argules Trevor base called Amphy and Fear to plan the next step for the uprising. Lance listened to the hidden conversation and was also motivated, but to do the wrong things and continue with his plan to kill Luke and Saren. Meanwhile at Beelzeby's base:

ELICO: It's finally over, my lord, Frost is ready to act again!

Beelzeby smiles:

BEELZEBY: Excellent, what about the special request I made?

Beheeyem responds proudly to Luxray:

ELICO: Yes sir, I whimed this project, I did the upgrades with what was left of Sugui and Gueko, I can't believe they survived their master punishment. Even though they were almost dead when you donated them to me I managed to create costumes for them too, and now I have three toys, *cof cof* without further ado master, meet Brush Shuriken and Frost improved!

Luxray then gives an admired look at Elico's work and with great satisfaction he says:

BEELZEBY: Good work Elico, I want to see only the face of our visitors when they come across their new toys ... But I warn you soon, you can kill the prince as you want, but that Croconaw I want to kill with my own claws.
