99a88 ( https://www.deviantart.com/99a88 ) commissioned me to do a sequel of my previous pic (seen here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/37714170/ ) where their character Row gets a few more balloons and off she goes! Anyway, I got a few requests to continue the shyness off pic so I'm glad I got a chance to expand the story a bit.

If you are wondering, the other balloons are tied to the back of Row's (the human's) sash. It was 99a88's idea in order to get more balloons in the shot.
