It was from here that my final image was formed as a unique anthro-dragon in the East German general's uniform (as I was carried away by the theme of the GDR)
The story is long, but before he became a general, he was a private, then he went to the Volkspolizei,
and after he rose to the rank of major general in the police, he returned to the army in the rank of general, in an army uniform.
