Police horses can go around the streets of London for hours everyday, so they gotta have something to keep prisoners or supplies close to them. Thankfully the department had gotten Pearl and the other horses covered. On their rears that is.

Yeah I do some pic edits like this sometimes, just for fun and so I can melt some friends of mine with cuteness and poofiness. :3 What better way to show some editing skills is using Pearl's big butt and diapering it? More will be posted in the future.
