What's he being pumped full of, though? Not liquid candy stuff. That would be redundant. Something more substantial like cake batter or something. Or a slurry that's partially made up of cake batter. Use y0re imagination. Btw, this is the very first time I've ever drawn anything like this featuring this kind of "Nerd."
