I don't think I've seen many Rika transformations that I liked, typically because they veer to far away from her human design and she just becomes a renamon with a poofy ponytail.

I know she didn't need to be shipped with anyone its just everyone i know ships her with someone even just a bit do to interactions in the series, even in the idea for season two that the director of season 3 showed her not dating anyone, she ended up going to america and became a Motocross champion.
As a big fan of the Tamers Series I am also guilty of the description, but I still do like the style you've taken with keeping human features like the hybrid facial style and the human hands. I'd love to see more of her, or any other ideas you had for making her more of a hybrid rather than the normal style of Renamon.
My one suggestion for an addition would be some form of the Renamon sleeves on the naked version, as that does help to add some good visual complexity to the Renamon style.

These were both studies primarily, she's actually nude less to be sexy and more so that I can pin down where all her features are. Putting the big purple gloves on would help with the design, the same way it does for renamon herself, but it'd cover up her arms and hide just how thin they are along with where the white to yellow break in her fur is. Think about the original renamon design, there's no telling how far up the white on her hands goes.
I am a big fan of pretty much all Rika->Renamon Tfs, but I do admit a disproportionate number either start with super-curvy Rika or inflate her into something straining the edge of even cartoon believable. I have a few exceptions I really like that don't have this issue though. As a prime example:
