So recently I've gotten interested again in felt dolls, and wanted to try my hand at making some fursonas. I'm really happy with how it turned out, and would LOVE to make some more!
Some details on this:
Everything is made with merino wool felt, and hand stitched. The eyes and eyelashes are hand embroidered. The tail and limbs are on button joints and can be gently posed. The whiskers are real cat whiskers shed from my own cat that I've collected over the years (I have a little bottle full of them!)
Since making this, I've improved the face pattern, as well as shortened the body and thickened the leg pattern so future dolls can stand better. I also made a doll with a more dog-like face for some variety.
