They could change his moves to a wrestling style that focuses on the American style of wrestling. I mean, they made Dudley in Alpha 3 and most people thought he was exactly like Balrog.
Besides, Ryu, Ken, Dan, and Akuma all have basically the same moves. XD

Let me correct myself by saying just Street Fighter 3 (He's been in every alliteration). One of Dudley's moves in Super Street Fighter 4 was in the previous SF3 games, but was taken out in 3rd Strike.
LOL! My favorite character has always been Ken since SF2. So it's sad that people abuse him to hell. Forcing me to use him a lot less now. :|

How long a jail sentence did Cody get anyway? Why can't the poor sap get anybody to break his cuffs or give him new clothes? And why is Sakura now the same age as Ibuki and Makoto? Shouldn't she at least be in her 20's?
