Got into playing the keyboards today. Whipped up a quick improvisational piece. I'm a guitarist at heart but I was a serious no shit classical-trained pianist before I even looked at a guitar. I drove my music teacher nuts, too. She used to get pissed because I made faster progress than people who were playing seven days a week and I only practiced one half hour a week... the half hour she'd teach me!

Anyway, the keyboard I used, it's kind of old. I plugged Xpand! into it so the sound itself is up to date but the keyboard isn't touch sensitive so the piece is missing some dynamics. I could have cleaned it up a bit but evidently decided to hold back on that. It's only quick and I wanted to retain its raw feel.
