As the sun rose above the horizon, the birds began to sing their morning songs to each other before setting off on their morning hunt. The early morning workers entered their vehicles with an agitated thump of their vehicle’s doors and revved their engines into a begrudgingly whine as they reversed out of their drive, almost like the cars themselves were just as unhappy with the early morning wake up as their owners were.
Street lamps quelled their cascade of light once the sun graced their faces with its own rays. Slumbering until nightfall. The light of the day began to gently grace the bedroom of Inspy and Azria as they dozed together. Inspy herself lifted her head and in an unconscious motion rested it onto her partner’s chest returning to her slumber which she left only briefly. Azria roused from his sleep, gently grasped his girlfriend’s arm and placed it around him, holding onto her so she wouldn’t slide away. Before lazily drifting back into his own sleep, listening to the gently breathing of his lover, feeling the warmth of her body against his own.
It was a good day for sleeping in, it was a good day to be together...
