... Well, that went nowhere. I cannot believe it!! Gantus is completely super invincible to Kalita's punches, even the ones with the super-vixen lighting powers. The finger isn't busted nor bruised and Gantus is still frozen sitting there like nothing happened. Quite an incredible defeat for Kalita. She gave her best against this punk.

..few points. Gantus could have dodged or parried normally, but instead decided for this tricky dodge(the trick is movin back just enough to giv ethe impression you parried with a finger, work only if the opponent is predictable and you are much stronger anyway) because he did not wanted to just defeat Kalita. He want to humiliate her and destroy her on all possible level.
In way he and Shun are similar. Both manipulated events to put their target, kalita and cookie, in the worst possible situation, to better annihilate them.
But there is asivler lining. The moment Kalita and Cookie met Muko was when those two assholes planted the seed of their future fall. Because Muko will give their victim what they missed: hope.

Yeah, I do remember something like that. This is why she tried to get Debbie to rejoin the Roda Kira gang and force Gantus out in the first place. Being at least a third taller than Kailta (and taller than everyone else in the comic) and packed with bodybuilder muscles, the dog is way more stronger than her, apparently. She couldn't beat him alone by herself. She was overcome in anger again was lashing out in her fullest level of her power. She tried punching Gantus out using the same lightning punch that will later knock out Muko and crash her head into a wall. In contrast to Muko, however, Gantus just stopped Kalita's punch with just one finger! Quite impressive in a terrible sort of way.

Indeed Kalita knew from the start that Gantus is far more stronger than her, but she didn't have an idea of powerful he can be.

Consider this. Being a biker gang is likely that Kalita joined at 15 years best, right now she is close to end up high school and go for university, so assume 19-20 this give roughly 4 year of life in/of the Road Killer gang, assuming and average of 1 level perhaps 2 per year, given that she wasn't grinding 24/7, and this put kalita at 5-6th level. Gantus seem to be a multiclass of at least twice or triple that level

Once time in a combat manga, great disciple kenichi if i am not wrong, this trick was explained. Is not that he used oen finger to parry the attack. He just timed the attack SO PRECISELY that he just did a micro dodge, just moving backaward enough to give impression he stopped with one finger. Given the position he is, and how perfect the control of muscle and prediction of opponent moves must be for this trick to work, is a prove of HOW fuckign powerfull Gantus is, even more that just mere strenght

Damn. He just stopped a lightning punch with a single finger. That's some strength and durability. And the rain is coming down. That's not good for Kalita. Rain is an herald for either awesome duels or depressing scenes. Considering Kalita is getting her strongest move blocked, I'd say the latter.

What she expected? He looks like he could grab her in the waist with his both hands...
