A newer hero on the scene, Parodeer doesnt seem to carry any powers of his own. Instead, he exhibits powers of other heroes and sometimes even some villains' powers, and each stored power appears as a light on the tip of his antlers. Theories abound about how he collects the stored powers, and those who have seen get rather flustered when asked. Still, Parodeer has been a valuable asset to Team Vixen, and they seem happy to have him.
