I actually turned 21 two days ago, but a mix of exhaustion and cake made me forget to upload this here ^^;
This was also technically part of that "if you see this, draw your outfit now" meme. I don't actually have a hoodie with a "21"-shaped void in it, but I was wearing one like it at the time. That's also not meant to be a cigar in his mouth, I'm just not good at drawing those weird plastic things that don't want to unfurl.
I don't think this needs to be rated "mature", since there isn't anything on display - he's just not wearing trousers - but I can always update this later.
