I agree with the description, but then again, Sonic Underground is a show with... underground standards, and personally, I think both Sleet and Dingo are the best part of the show.

I like all the Sonic cartoons, but I will agree that Underground does have it's problems and that Sleet and Dingo are probably the best things to come to come out of it.

While... those guys designs are a little over detailed compared to the general Sonic style...

That's true, but you can say the same for a lot of 90s Sonic cartoon characters. That's why so many of them had such drastic re-designs in the comics, and it also can make drawing them a bit more of a challenge too.
