It's being a good journey so far. I remember I started the comic in October of last year and I didn't had much expectations about that. While the comic was continuing, I started receiving commentaries, criticism, notes, etc about that and I'm very grateful for everything so far. All the opinions and the participation of the public in general are the mainly things that made me continue the story, and of course, we are still in the beginning of it.
Micro Law will now continue at Patreon ( www.patreon.com/IcaroZilla ). I'll continue posting a new page in every 3-4 days there and of course, I'll keep the same tiers, but some changes will be necessary in the description of each one since the pages will not be public anymore. Based in what we have so far:
Tier 1: 1 dollar = Black and White pages.
Tier 2: 3 dollars = Colored pages + Black and White pages.
Tier 3: 5 dollars = WIP (of the pages + other arts) + Black and White + Colored pages.
Tier 4: 10 dollars = Side Story (limited per 6 users) + B/W pages + Colored pages + WIP.

I'm not really one for Patreon unfortunately.
I enjoy reading the comic but sometimes I just feel reluctant about going to Patreon, no matter how inexpensive...sadly.
Buuut it's only a dollar a month I suppose. Hmmm
If I may be honest, it feels like you gave some of us a demo in the end, and are pushing the rest of the game to premium for little reason when you already get money from that. (Yes it's a dollar but some people don't have the safety net, among other aspects, to keep at it).

Yeah, basically 1 dollar = 9/10 black/white pages per month (since a month is 30 days (kinda, since some have 31 days) and I do 1 page each 3 days... (sometimes 4) so i thought it could be a good thing). I dont know if this is 100% correct since my math sucks xD But in any case, If you can join patreon and support me, I would appreciate it, if not, I want to thank you very much for reading the comic so far ^w^

Like I said above, (especially with you saying that 100 pages was only the beginning), it feels like you gave the folks who hopped onto your comic the "demo" of a game/story.
and if they want to see it through, they *have* to pay up. (even if a minor fee).
Then again I've seen this manner of behavior in corporate media actions and it's a huger fee then but still.
I'm not one for patreon to begin with, (I prefer just one-time donations anyway), but that's cause I don't have money to burn willy-nilly like others do.
Do you at least intend to put any new art, (that aren't just teases or previews to the comic), on here?

Oh about the money aspect, I don't want people to think bad about what I'm doing... ^^; I want to be fair, but I also need to gain something to survive...

About that, I don't have an official job... So I need to find my ways to survive heh I did a lot of production doing all of these 100 pages and putting it public after a while I dont think it would make more people getting interested in supporting me (since by making it public it would be a free product in general). But in any case, I'm also very grateful for the ones that support me all this time for sure.
About new art, I'll surely continuing doing commissions. And please, dont think i'm thinking 100% about money. I'm a fair person, I have empathy and I only want to find new ways to survive since, like I said, I dont have a job. So at least I want to deserve it by making a product that people can probably enjoy somehow.

while i might (might) sub to the patreon i get where icaro is coming from, there are artists out there (especially in the comics industry) that charge like $30-$120 for basically the same thing ..... tho usually more, $1 might be a lot to most people, especially in this economy
icaro's just looking to be able to pay rent/living expenses ETC so while i do get the argument icaro's in the right for asking for people to sub for more content

Thanks for understanding my situation. If I had more free time I would surely be able work in some secondary comic from the same "universe" as micro law and put as free, but sadly I dont have much free time since I need to balance with college and "no-official work". Together with that I even need somehow find ways to survive. So it's being... complicated <w>;; Of course, I dont want to use the pandemic excuse since it's affecting everyone in general. So far, I just hope people can understand my situation and for the ones able to support me, I'm very grateful, if not, at least I'm glad for their time they used to read my content so far. Also thanks for the commentary ^^
I just finished the 100 pages and this comic is incredible, I found it very interesting to use the micro / macro theme in a more serious way, your art style is very well done, even with 100 pages it seems that the story is only at the beginning and it looks like a lot is yet to come, I'm a little sad that the story went to Patreon and unfortunately I don't have a credit card to sign, but money doesn't fall out of the sky so I understand you have to put a "price" in your work, but sooner or later i'll find a way to become your patreon, i really want to know what's going to happen next.
