Just got the game yesterday; think I overdid it a bit. The trailer does say 30 minutes a day, but I might only be able to do every other day; still a bit sore from last night, though I probably was closer to 45-60 minutes than 30, and starting with Adventure Mode might not have been a good idea. Still a lot sweatier than I ever got at the gym; helps that I didn’t get distracted like usual.
