i figured out why the downloads weren't working.
DA doesn't automatically log you into stash when you open it. each person has to go to their stash first to get DA to sign them in. then the download should work. it did for me.

I thought it was only sapiens that had blue eyes when they are albino, and also, when it comes to albinos with blue eyes, the blue is a VERY bright shade, so maybe try to brighten the shade of blue to give it that true albino look.
