This is a better, more finished, drawing of my Soul Reaper Banshiro's Zanpakuto, Banraishi, which, using a Romaji translator, was roughly translated to Heavy Thunder Mastery.

It mounts to the forearm using the 2 non angled straps, and straps across the palm using the angled strap. It's unique ability is that it makes Reishi behave not like pure energy like normal, but like electricity, arcing and coursing across and through everything it's directed at, if it's used within a Reiryoku based enviroment, like the Soul Society, it can absorb Reiryoku like Uryu Ishida in his Quincy: Letzt Stil, and either fire it or use it to augment his physical attacks.
