Done for the Thursday Prompt. This is the first one I've done for that where the entire story is original.

As usual, this is done in a single pass. I write it, read it again once to remove glaring errors, convert to a pdf and post it. Feel free to mention any mistakes you see, but chances are I'm not going to redo it anyway. :P

Like all the other's it takes place in Terah, so if something seems like I'm assuming you know about it, that's because I am. If you have read Fugitive's Trust, you will see a few references in there to things that are in that book, even though this takes place a few years before.

On the story side of things, it takes place about ten years before, although that's not possible in the canon. In this story Magenta's first assignment was East Oasis. As I mention in the story, that's not how it actually happened but I like alternate history.
