My lucario (nicknamed Bruce Lee) has an attack stat of 35. That combined with the base attack power of 100 is alot of damage. Charizard is a fire/flying pokemon. Rock is super effective against both, giving a 4x damage multiplier. When put in the damage calculator (giving charizard the max defence he/she can obtain) it does a minimum of 364 damage. The very maximum amount of health a Charizard can have is 360. No matter what, it would be a one-hit-KO

Whoops. my lucario has an attack of 350

In other words... no matter what my lucario would win against a charizard in one hit.

THough... charizard could win if he went first and attacked with blast burn. that would do 700 damage to Bruce Lee. (due to 178 sp. def.) (also assuming max sp. attack on charizard) Who would win would depend upon the speed stat. My lucario has a speed of 279. Who ever attacked first would win

Wait.. if forgot. I have a silk scarf on Bruce Lee. So even if charizard went first.. he would survive with 1 hp. If charizard had a silk scarf too... i'd follow up with extreme speed. Due to the priority of moves and charizard lacking the ability to learn any priority attacks like quick attack or extremespeed...Bruce Lee would win no matter what. He would strike first on the second turn.
Therefore... Bruce vs. Any charizard... My lucario would win no matter what
