Wow, that's an epic pano! Usually, the different shades are caused by auto exposure. By locking the exposure so the iso, aperture, and shutter speed don't change it should fix that problem. Even point and shoots should have the ability to lock focus and exposure. I'm also surprised the program didn't auto correct them to be more consistent, unless it's like ms photogallery or a similar free program. Keep up the photography!
