Seems like he's hoping she'll grow to be even larger than him when the transformation is completed.

This is literally the most annoying part of a RE 2002 speedrun, 180-ing toward the exit and having this dickpiston lightly tap you on the way out, forcing an entire like 2 minute serum detour out of you and basically ruining your run on the spot. 'I wish' I got a naga S.T.A.R.S. waifu out of it for the trouble.
