This is showing how powerfull Gantus is. Kalita never stood a chance. In way she is facing, and probably at the same time, the same level of physical and psychological annhilation as Muko got from Nyarai.
The two girls are more similar that they think. But with few differences. Muko got a realtive happy childhood, Kalita didn't. And while Muko is childish Kalita is more teenagery in her world view, while muko is irrsponsible , kalita has a sens eof duty that burden her heart, and yet. Both have been betrayed in past, both are searchign for a something to fill the hollow i teir hearts(Muko somebody to love and being loved, Kalita a sanctuary to feel her true self, leaving a mark on this world) and bothdepsite the emotional scars they carry, will raise back on their feet.
This two gilrs really need to become a team.

You're absolutely right. Chapter 26 to Chapter 28 establish the parallel lifestyles between Muko and Kalita. Here is a list of similarities in the chapters.
Chapter 26: Kalita is an orphan, but she she still has the support of her fellow orphans. Muko comes from a broken family, but she has Cookie as a surrogate mother. Kalita is an honor student while Muko going to college while Muko is a high school dropout who probably had average grades at best. Kalita can have life as an upstanding citizen, but finds it empty compared to her biker lifestyle. Muko is hated for her association with Cookie, but she considers doing her Combagal dream the best thing that ever happened to her. Kalita is already a great fighter with an elemental finishing move while Muko barely started her training and only has a few techniques.
Chapter 27: Muko and Kalita had big expectations for the same night. Muko wanted to have fun in her debut match. Kalita wanted to convince Debbie to return to the Roda Kira Gang. Debbie revealed to Kalita that she quit the biker lifestyle to marry her doctor while Muko was forced to fight Adelgund. Kalita parted on bad terms with Debbie after her talk with Debbie while Nyarai completed her betrayal of Muko and Cookie. Kalita watched the Roda Kira Gang attack innocents while Muko was pummeled by Nyarai. Kalita decides to face off against Gantus reflects Adelgund facing off against Nyarai to defend Muko's honor in their first match.
Chapter 28: Kalita's fight against Gantus also reflects on Muko's perspective during Adelgund's rematch with Nyarai. Fighting-wise, Kalita is what Muko should be at the bare minimum to stand in the ring as a true Combagal. Muko was so weak that she could only be a spectator despite having a manager. It's clear that Kalita will lose based on previous chapters taking place outside the flashback. This is similar to the feeling of defeat that Muko felt for not saving Adelgund. Both girls are more similar than they think.

Is been since i saw the first cover that i am waiting for those two girls to become a team to be honest.

Damn. Gantus barks so loud he can make himself giant. He looks like he wants to eat Kalita right there and then. He even looks like a mad dog with that drool sticking out of his lips and those crazy eyes. I'd like to think that his increase in size is an imagine spot with Kalita realizing the strength gap between them by the force of his bark.
