I'm the type of person that craves variety. I thrive on different flavors of life: food, entertainment, environments... And painting. I was working on a piece that features very muted colors and felt an overwhelming itch to blast a surface with the most saturated colors I could. (I'm not addicted! I can quit using bright colors whenever I want!!) This was my equal and opposite reaction to dark and muted: a bright and psychedelic canine.
