Sketchember: SaTam Sally Anniversary

Today is the 37th Anniversary of Sonic SaTAM when it aired on ABC Saturday morning cartoons(hence why it's called SaTAM when it was originally Sonic the Hedgehog). I decided to draw Sally again as she's one of my favorite SaTAM characters and that she represents the leader of Freedom Fighters. :3
I used the Prismacolor Electric Blue colored pencil the whole way.
